Policy Comfort covers damage of home fixtures, fitting and content, if the loss is caused by the following risks: water leakage from neighbor's apartment; failure of heating systems; blockages in toilet waste pipes, problems related to leaking water pipes, damage to electrical wiring; rain, hail, earthquake, storm; fire, explosion, smoke; theft, burglary, robbery; malicious damage caused by the third party. Policy Comfort owners will also get special rates on "Mister Master's" services.
Interested persons can choose from the two options: either Policy Comfort Standard, or Policy Comfort Premium. Difference between these two packages is cover for the damage: in case of Policy Comfort Standard insurance company pays maximum GEL 300 per square meter in case of damage to refurbishment of your home, and 500 GEL in terms of Policy Comfort Premium. Cover for loss or damage to insured furniture and household appliances is 15 000 GEL in terms of Policy Comfort Standard and 20 000 GEL in terms of Policy Comfort Premium.
