President Saakashvili will meet with U.S. Vice President Joe Biden, as he visits Washington to participate in a nuclear security summit on April 12-13, Nino Kalandadze, the Georgian deputy foreign minister, said on Monday.
The President also plans to meet with senior Democratic and Republican senators, she said.
According to the Georgian Foreign Ministry, list of President Saakashvili's bilateral meetings on the sideline of the high-profile summit also includes Swiss President Doris Leuthard; Finnish President Tarja Halonen; Czech Prime Minister Jan Fischer and Belgian Prime Minister Yves Leterme.
