Levan Varshalomidze, head of the government of Adjara, calls for delegation of administrative authority to Adjara. In this regard Levan Varshalomidze has held a special briefing today.
According to him, otherwise the government of Adjara cannot make even the simplest technical and personnel-related decisions.
‘The ministries of Adjara cannot make simplest decisions by themselves. It is not right. It is unacceptable', Varshalomidze said.
According to him, he has been writing to Prime Minister Nika Gilauri in this regard since 2009, though in vain.
