Irakli Alasania, Leader of the oppositional political coalition "Alliance for Georgia" and a candidate for post of Tbilisi Mayor in the upcoming local self-governance elections scheduled for May 30 in Georgia, presented his election program at the Sheraton Metechi Palace Hotel this afternoon.
The election program has been elaborated together with experts and is focused on 4 main priorities. The program aims at provision of free birth-giving and maternity care, a family doctor for every family and cheap medical insurance.
If elected, Alsania pledges that 15% instead of current 4 % of the Tbilisi budget will be directed at the development of healthcare system.
