A conference on the topic of gender equality in politics is being held at Tbilisi Marriott Hotel in Tbilisi today.
The conference is aimed at raising public awareness, initiating a public debate on gender equality and discussing the recommendations and strategic plan of 2013-14 years.
Representatives of the legislative body, Diplomatic Corps and international organizations are taking part in the conference. The conference is being held with the financial support of USAID.
