Georgian Dream coalition begins to form an Agency for Free Competitiveness after the new parliament begins to operate. Member of the coalition, Vakhtang Khmaladze announced about the project in his interview with media today. He said the agency would be a kind of an anti-monopoly body, which will monitor market and protect it from monopolists. The coalition has already prepared a corresponding project and it will be introduced to the new parliament.
`Such draft project was prepared a several months ago by the Research Institute of Development of Georgia and I think that the parliament will begin its discussion briefly after it begins to work. According to this project, an Agency of free Competitiveness will be formed and it will be given the authority to control the market. This agency will become one of the tools against the so-called elite corruption,` Khmaladze said.
