Azerbaijan`s Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov has met his Ukrainian counterpart Kostyantyn Hryshchenko in Kiev as part of a meeting of the Council of GUAM Ministers of Foreign Affairs on the occasion of the 15th anniversary of the organization. They discussed prospects for bilateral and multilateral cooperation between the two countries, as well as a program of the meeting. The Azerbaijani FM also visited the Heydar Aliyev Park in Kiev. Mammadyarov put flowers at a monument to national leader Heydar Aliyev here.
