In March 2010, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia detained a group of foreign citizens with a small amount of Highly Enriched Uranium (HEU).
The investigation of the case is underway.
The Georgian side has already informed the International Atomic Energy Agency about the fact. The seized radioactive substance is stored safely.
