The representatives of Nongovernmental Organizations are demanding transparency in the process of releasing prisoners.
According to them, the process should not be spontaneous and public should know criteria according to which the prisoners' charges are becoming easy or according to which criteria they are set free from the prisons.
NGOs are planning meeting with the representatives of the Ministry of Penitentiary, Probation and Legal Assistance in that regard.
