On April 17, 2010 Patrol Police was requested to solve the conflict situation in the family of Tamaz Toloraia.

Tamaz Toloraia and his son, Giorgi Toloraia have been physically, as well as verbally assaulting each other and behaved aggressively. Police officers attempted to dissolve the conflict situation, however Tamaz Toloraia and his son, backed by their neighbor, have put up resistance to the police during which the shots were fired from the police issued pistol owned by junior inspector, Irodion Shelia.

Unfortunately, as a result of firing Nugzar Mania, the neighbor of Giorgi Toloraia was killed. In connection with the mentioned fact investigation is conducted by Samegrelo-Zemo Svaneti Regional Prosecutor's office.
