The members of the special monitoring group set up by the Penitentiary Ministry have visited the former authorities of the Constitutional and Special Operative Departments of the Ministry of Interior last night. The monitors rule out physiological or physical pressure on the inmates. They said after leaving the facility that even the detainees have not complained about the conditions they are held in.
The monitoring group has also raided Rustavi women`s prison last night. They say the only complaint the inmates had was the violations of the terms of early release.
