Georgia's President will pardon prisoners for November 23, St. George Day in Georgia. The pardoning commission will submit a list of prisoners, who received recommendations, in several days. It is not yet known how many prisoners will leave jails.
The commission discussed cases of about 1,400 prisoners. The majority of them received recommendations. The prisoners, charged for minor crimes, will leave jails. There is only one juvenile on the list.
