The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia has published part of evidences regarding the detention of Giorgi Kelbakiani and Archil Chogovadze, who were accused for legalization of illicit income.
Gioegi Kelbakiani, the General Director of "NCC" LTD and Finance Manager of the same company Archil Chogovadze were charged under the article 194 part III sub-paragraphs A and G of the Criminal Code of Georgia. The crime envisages up to 12 years of imprisonment.
