Rezo Chkheidze, a well-known Georgian film director wants to be given floor in the parliament to deliver a speech.
MPs of majority and minority believe that Chkheidze should not be given the right to address the public. The film director has applied to Davit Usupashvili, Parliamentary Chairman with the demand.
Chkheidze will hold a rally outside the parliament building on December 19. He continues gathering of signatures in demand of resignation of Georgia's President Mikheil Saakashvili across Georgia.
