The Azerbaijani governmental delegation led by Economic Development Minister Shahin Mustafayev pays official visit to Georgia. Minister of Economic Development of Georgia Zurab Pololikashvili hosts the delegation. Today the members of the delegation paid tribute to the memory of Azerbaijani National leader Heydar Aliyev in Georgia. The delegation laid wreath at bust of Heydar Aliyev in Tbilisi.
Afterwards, the delegation held meeting with Georgian minister discussing bilateral cooperation issues.
Within the visit, a Georgian-Azerbaijan business forum was held in the Hotel Radisson, where Georgian Minister of Economic Development spoke about the significance of economic cooperation between the two countries. Zurab Pololikashvili also introducedcurrent economic situation and the business environment in Georgia.
The Minister of Economic Development of Azerbaijan, Shahin Mustafayev reviewed the history of economic cooperation of Georgia and Azerbaijan and said the bilateral projects in the economic sector had positive outcome in the turover rates of both countries.
The Azerbaijani delegation includes representatives of 23 Azerbaijani companies and head of the agency to promote exports and investment (AZPROMO).
