Co-Chairmen of the European Union, Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe and United Nations plan to arrive in Tskhinvali, capital of the self-proclaimed breakaway republic of South Ossetia to hold preparations for the next round of internationally-mediated Geneva format of negotiations .
The delegation members will raise the issue on non-resumption of fire between Georgia and South Ossetia.
