The head of the Abkhaz government, Gia Baramia arrived in the City of Poti today and viewed the construction of the block of apartments, which is intended for IDPs from Abkhazia. The construction of several blocs of apartments in Poti will be over in 2011 and over 5,000 families will be housed. The apartments are intended for those refugees, who have been living with their relatives or in rented apartments so far.
The Municipal Development Foundation will allocate 32 million GEL for the construction of the houses.
From Poti, Giorgi Baramidze went to Khobi district to meet with the IDPs who live there.
