The officers of Isani-Samgori district police division of the Ministry of Internal Affairs have detained Artem Mnatsakanian (DoB 1964) who, on the basis of conflict has inflicted multiple injuries to his spouse, Darejan Mnatsakanian (DoB 1978) with a cold steel. Due to the received injuries the victim was transferred to the hospital.
Detainee has already pleaded guilty. Investigation is cinducted by the employees of Isani-Samgori district police division of the Ministry of Internal Affairs under the article 19-108 envisaged by the Criminal Code of Georgia.
