As a result of operative and investigative activity of collaborators of Vake-Saburtalo division of main division of Ministry of Internal Affairs Mikheil Sh. born in 1981 was arrested in Tbilisi for premeditated murder attempt and illegal purchase-maintenance of the gun. The investigation determined that Mikheil Sh. on Chavchavadze Avenue wounded shooting several times from gun David K. born in 1995 and hid from the place of the accident. Policemen arrested him on a second day after the accident. The investigation is carried out on the fact of premeditated murder attempt and illegal purchase-maintenance of the gun (with the 19-108th article of Georgian legislation and 236th article's 1st and 2nd parts).
