Radosław Sikorski, Foreign Minister of Poland has called upon the European Union to make the visa free relations equal with EU partner states including Russia, Georgia, Ukraine, Azerbaijan, Armenia and Belarus. Radosław Sikorski voiced his address in Brussels yesterday.
Russian news agency mignews.ru reports in this regard that the European Union has voiced its three demands to Russia before launching visa free regime with the country. These demands are biometric passports for Russian citizens, adoption of law about data base and the reinforcement of border security.
The European Union fears that lifting visa regime with Russia will grow the flow of illegal migrants to Europe.
