There are combat operations in Lugansk, where involved units of national guard, infantry and special forces. The statement was made by the counselor of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine Shkiar, reports GHN.
"Maneuver groups free Lugansk step by step. There are combat operations in the city", stated advisor of the Minister of Internal Affairs.
