Last night in Moscow unknown people on the Kotelniki embankment on the roof of so called Stalin multistory house erected star colored in colors of the flag of Ukraine, reports GHN based on Russian media.
With the information of Russian media there was exposed the flag of Ukraine too.
"Population informed to the police about the fact. Right now the police and office of emergency situations are working on the place of the incident," informs Russian media.
