"Armenia is in process of expectation of interesting end of political summer- 21-22 August Armenia visits Prime Minister of Georgia Irakli Garibashvili, and in 8-9 September Prime Minister of Russia Dimitri Medvedev. The Prime Minister of Armenia Ovik Abramian will visit Iran in 17-18 September. This information provokes interesting questions..." this is extract from article "Why Georgian and Russian Prime Minister's Visit Yerevan?" published in Armenian edition "Laragir".
GHN offers short version of the article.
First of all will visit Georgian Prime Minister, who supposedly will impose on the conditions connected to the assignment of Association Agreement with European Union. First of all it will be cancelling of free trade regime, second -growth of customs tariffs, between them of gas too and third- changing visa regime. Georgian Prime Minister supposedly will say that in Djavakhki there is process of building military base, that will certainly for joint Georgian-American purpose.
After this will visit Dimitri Medvedev, who will try to convince Armenia that Yerevan have to agree with growth of customs tariffs, and this should be double growth- from Georgia and from customs union, will promise to land money - and will say eat and repair nuclear power station. Medvedev will also say that will protect Armenia and will not allow others to even show its nose in, even if it is coming with good intentions. Also Russian Premier ahead of visit of Armenian college in Iran will say hello of Vladimer Putin and will "ask"- to abandon idea of transit of Iranian gas in Europe, in other way Russian gas will be more expensive.
After this if Ovik Abramian will have desire to arrive to Iran, he will say to Iranian president that before Russia is strong "Armenia will be closed in storeroom." Everyone knows that closing in storeroom is good for cats and rats only.
