Fédération Internationale de Football Association (FIFA) applied Russia with recommendation to decrease number of cities on 2018 World Championship from 13 till 9, reports GHN. As foreign media informs the Summer time showed crisis when it became clear that Ministry of Sports of Russia lacked money for building proper infrastructure and stadiums. Tough which cities will be disconnected from World Championship is not determined. Final decision will be announced in September.
