The most part of Lugansk is controlled by anti-terrorist forces. The information was made by the press speaker of informational analytic center of Security Council Andrei Lisenko, reports GHN.
"In Lugansk hired Chechen nationality fighters continue combat actions using "Grad" system that is located in eastern region. In spite of this most part of the city is already controlled by anti-terrorist forces," stated Lisenko.
