Irakli Gribashvili: we expressed readiness to restore gas delivery to Armenia in 2-3 days because of landslide in Dariali ravine gas pile was damaged, - this statement was made by the Prime Minister of Georgia while meeting with Armenian colleague on joint briefing, reports GHN.
As Irakli Garibashvili said while meeting with the members of government of Armenia there was talking about natural disaster that happened already second time this year.
The Prime Minister noted with satisfaction that he have got possibility to visit friendly Republic of Armenia that is connected to Georgia with many centuries friendship and kind neighborhood.
As he said the sides make agreement that with the support of Georgian and Armenian governments there will be built "Bridge of Friendship."
"We agreed that we will continue our effort to deepen trade-economic collaboration and to support business circles. Also we marked that there are important possibilities after the signing of Association Agreement with European Union including Deep and Comprehensive Trade Area," stated Prime Minister of Georgia.
With the statement of the leader of Armenian government the main themes while meeting with Irakli Garibashvili were trade-economic relations, developing infrastructure, improving transport connections, also deepening educational-humanitarian and cultural connections.
"Especially there was underlined importance of activity Armenian-Georgian intergovernmental commission and the necessity of regular meetings that is the best way to develop trade-economic relations between two countries. We also discussed the landslide in Zemo Larsi checkpoint and also ways how to solve the problem. I offered to my colleague help of proper services," stated the Prime Minister of Armenia.
Hovik Abrahamian also said that on the meeting with Georgian colleague there were underlined the necessity of realization of Yerevan-Tbilisi and Yerevan-Batumi flights and also there is considered as important the protection and restoration of rich cultural-historical heritage.
