This is obvious that Armenia and Georgia will not make steps that will harm bilateral relations. The statement of both sides proves it. Due to this statement joining different integrative unions will not impede and will not harm multipurpose relations of Armenia and Georgia, this is the comment of political expert Aleksandre Larkarian on the visit of Irakli Garibashvili in Yerevan, writes edition "Panoprama".
"Every side will maximally try to use integrative processes in which they will take part. In this respect Armenia was interested to know the position of Georgia, because the transit has big importance for us," says expert, reports GHN.
On the other hand the member of Parliament from leading Republican Party Khosrov Arutinian underlined that Georgian-Armenian relations is the priority for foreign politics of Armenia and hopes that relations with Armenia is also very important for Georgia too: "Basis of our relations is very valuable for development of interstate relations. For us it is important Georgia not to create any kind of barriers for Armenia on the way of joining Customs Union and Eurasian Union. Recently American senator John McCain expressed dissatisfaction concerning the fact that Georgia didn't support the sanctions against Russia. This is obvious that official Tbilisi refused to take part if anti-Russian sanctions. It indicates on the fact that Georgian side is seriously concerned and doesn't want Russian and Eurasian Union markets to be closed for Georgian products.
In this respect deepening of Armenian-Georgian economic collaboration is profitable for both sides. Armenian companies will support traditional partnership relations with their Georgian colleagues and if we add trade regime "GSP+" the picture is getting clear: according to this regime more than 7 thousand Armenian products will enter European market without any kind of customs procedure and Georgia have to use this possibility," stated MP.
