Russian President Vladimir Putin has confirmed through his address to terrorists in Ukraine that they are directly controlled by him, reports GHN based on Ukrinform.
"An instruction and call by Putin to terrorists on the creation of corridors for the withdrawal of Ukrainian military means only one thing: these people are guided and controlled directly from the Kremlin," reads the report.
As Ukrinform reported, early on August 29, Putin addressed Russian-controlled terrorist groups in eastern Ukraine with the request to create a corridor for Ukrainian troops to safely leave an encircled area near Ilovaisk.
At the same time, terrorists quickly supported Putin's idea on the condition that Ukrainian troops leave the area unarmed.
