Kakha Baindurashvili, Finance Minister said new Code is best for the business development and for doing business.
He said the amendments in the Tax Code are very important for small business and as well for investors. According to him principles are fundamentally different. First of all the relations with administrative bodies are much simplified. A big step forward is that they will be aware in advance what will be taxed. The code differentiates negligence, intended mistake and other crimes. All novelties which are accepted in Western countries and EU directives tax codes are entering our system as well, he said. He believes that old Tax Code has expired its recourses. Now the business life will be much more simplified, he promised.
