The Prime Minister of Poland and future chairman of European Council Donald Tusk states that Europeans have to learn lesson from tragic events of World War II and should not be naively optimistic. As he said September 1939 must not be repeated, reports GHN.
"Yet there is still time to reply to those who makes violence," stated Tusk.
He also said that there is need to strengthen NATO.
