Prime Minister of Georgia will deliver a speech at the 69th UN general assembly in New York. Irakli Garibashvili will address the general assembly on 26th of September, reports GHN based od Press service of Prime Minister. Besides his speech at the general assembly, the prime minister will hold bilateral meetings in the US. Face-to-face meeting is already planned with the UN secretary general Ban Ki-Moon. Within the UN general assembly the prime minister of Georgia will participate in the special meeting regarding the issue of performing action plan of international conference about population and development. Irakli Garibashvili will also attend the summit on climate changes and plenary meeting „world conference on Indigenous People." Within the UN general assembly prime minister's wife is invited to the conference of the world first ladies „First Ladies' Global Call to Action Conference on Women and Girls' Financial Health".
Within the visit to New York the Prime Minister of Georgia will also attend the ceremonial for opening of the Georgian film festival in contemporary art museum and will deliver a speech.
The prime minister will travel to New York with the government delegation on 22nd of September.
