An explosion has occurred on the ground floor of a five-storey block of apartments in Varketili this morning. Reportedly, a person living in the ground floor apartment has mental problems and the neighbours doubt he caused the explosion, which demolished the wall of the building. They say the man threatened to burn the house because it was full of ghosts.
Luckily, no one was injured in the incident. The rescuers and the fire fighters are working at the scene to clean up the exploded area.
