Deputy State Minister of Georgia on European and Euro-Atlantic Integration Mariam Rakviashvili participated in the work of the annual Bled Strategic Forum. The Forum was organised by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Slovenia and the Centre for European Perspective (CEP), reports GHN based on Ministry of European and Euro-Atlantic Integration.
In the framework of the Forum, the Deputy State Minister held the bilateral meeting with Igor Senčar, the State Secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Slovenia. At the meeting, the sides discussed the current issues of the bilateral and multilateral cooperation between the countries, recent developments in Ukraine and the perspectives of the Eastern Partnership (EaP).
The sides also emphasised the importance of sharing the best practices of the Republic of Slovenia in the implementation of the Association Agreement. The Slovenian side expressed its readiness to be actively involved in the process.
