Ukraine cannot receive weapons from NATO member states, said head of the Ukrainian Mission to NATO Ihor Dolhov, reports GHN based on Ukrinform.
"Our partners are not ready to give weapons yet, which are badly needed. Especially it comes to high-tech, high-precision weapons. We cannot use other reserves and resources that are in the North Atlantic alliance, because Ukraine is not a member of NATO," Dolhov explained the situation.
