We expect more investments form Azerbaijanian companies, stated the Prime Minister of Georgia Irakli Garibashvili after meeting with the President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev. He made comment for Georgian media and talked about the importance of his visit in Baku and details of his meeting with President Aliyev, reports GHN.
"I had very good meeting with the President Aliyev. This is my first official visit in Baku. We discussed many issues and once again confirmed that we are strategic partners. Georgia is reliable partner of Azerbaijan. There is planned more investments in economics of Georgia by Azerbaijanian companies. We talked about these issues too and I have to say that President Aliyev wants to implement more investments in Georgia. As for energy corridor and export of electro energy this is one of the most important projects and may be you know that on September 20 I will visit Baku again and there will be held ceremony of second project of Shahdeniz. This is one more confirmation of partner relations of Georgia and Azerbaijan," stated Irakli Garibashvili.
