Luhansk is still completely cut off from all communications.
Spokesman of the NSDC Information and Analytical Center Andriy Lysenko told a briefing on Friday, reports GHN based on Ukrinform.
"Today, in Luhansk, still there is no electricity, water, gas and communications," Lysenko said.
According to him, today, as a result of fighting in Luhansk region, 52 settlements are completely disconnected from gas, another 27 - partially.
At the same time, Lysenko said that in spite of destructive actions of terrorists, members of city services are trying to restore the infrastructure of the city, in particular, they carried out the preparations for the resumption of power supply, repairs of damaged power lines.
