Georgian Parliament Vice Speaker, met with U.S. Congressman, Bill Shuster in Washington and discussed local government elections and post-election developments in Georgia.
At the end of the visit, Congressman Shuster spoke about the U.S. support to Georgia adding that Russia should fulfil its obligations and withdraw its forces from Georgia`s occupied territories.
Gigi Tsereteli plans to hold meetings with other congressmen and senators within the official visit.
