The so-called "DPR" states that wagons with Russian "humanitarian aid" for Luhansk have already arrived in Donetsk region, reports GHN based on Ukrinform.
"Currently, humanitarian aid is in Rubizhne railway station of the Donetsk Railway," a statement reads. As noted, there are four covered railway carriages in the train. Now, the "DPR leaders" are in talks with representatives of the OSCE and the Red Cross for further transportation of the cargo to Luhansk.
The "DPR" claims that the "humanitarian aid" will be delivered to a destination over the future days. It is planned that the cargo will move on the route "Rubizhne - Venherivka - Sentianivka - Rodakove - Luhansk."
As reported, the humanitarian aid was delivered from Russia by the motor transport to Kharkiv under the control of the Red Cross and the OSCE. There, it was overloaded into railway carriages, and then was delivered to Donetsk.
