The head of the government was seen off to the airport by Sheikh Saud Bin Saqr Al Qasimi. Within the two-day official visit the head of the government of Georgia met the heir to Abu Dhabi Crown Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Al Nahyan and afterwards the heir hosted the delegation of Georgia at the official lunch, reports GHN based on Press Service of Prime Minister.
The Prime Minister also visited the palace of Sheikh Nahyan where the official dinner was held on behalf of the minister of culture, youth and population development of the United Arab Emirates and head of "Dabi Group" Sheikh Nahyan Bin Mubarak Al Nahyan. The head of "Dabi Group" introduced the five-star hotel project to Irakli Garibashvili which will be opened on the place of former "Imeli" building on Rustaveli Avenue at the end of 2015.
On September 17, the head of the government held meetings with the head of the Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce and Industry Mohammed Al Thani Remeiti, Sheikh Hamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the heir to the throne of the royal court, and Chairman of the Abu Dhabi Investment Group.
As it became known after the meetings on October 29 the delegation of Chamber of Commerce and industry of the United Arab Emirates will visit Georgia, which will take part in a business forum organized by the Asian Development Bank.
Irakli Garibashvili left for Dubai from Abu Dhabi, where he held a meeting with the Prime Minister of United Arab Emirates and Governor of Dubai Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktum. Within the official visit the Prime Minister also visited the city of Ras Al Khaimah, where the delegation of Georgia was hosted by Sheikh Saud bin Saqr Al Kasim.
The delegation of Georgia led by Prime minister Irakli Garibashvili consisted of the minister of economic and sustainable development vice premier Giorgi Kvirikashvili, minister of foreign affairs Maia Panjikidze and executive director of co-investment fund Giorgi Bachiashvili.
