The Officers of Constitutional Security Department of MIA, as a result of operative-investigative activities detained Avtandil Pilipia, -the head of Qutaisi railway station and Aleqsandre Bagdavadze, - the employee of Samtredia railway station on the fact of bribe acceptance. The suspects have extorted 15 000 USD as a bribe from a certain manufacturer and offered their assistance in purchasing property owned by Georgian Railway.
Investigation is being conducted by the officers of Constitutional Security Department of the ministry of Interior. The committed crime envisages the term of imprisonment up to 11 years
