Ukrainian troops will leave a buffer zone in Ukraine's eastern regions only synchronously with Russian military, reports GHN based on Ukrinform.
This was stated by National Security and Defense Council (NSDC) information and analytical center spokesman Andriy Lysenko.
"If there is a withdrawal, then everything should be done synchronously - along with the withdrawal of Russian troops," he said.
Lysenko said that the main point of the Minsk agreements was the provision on a ceasefire.
"The first point is not being observed, so we currently don't talk about other points," he said.
