The President of Russia Vladimer Putin discussed the development of peace plan in Southern-Eastern part of Ukraine together with permanent members of Security Council, reports Russian media.
"Putin held the meeting with permanent members of Security Council and discussed the peace plan for regulation of situation in Southern-Eastern Ukraine, among then fulfilling those points that are in "Putin's plan," stated the press secretary of the President of Russia Dimitri Peskov.
Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev also was attending an emergency meeting.
