On the 23rd of September 2014, the Georgian Foreign Ministry hosted a meeting on Georgia-U.S. economic co-operation, which was attended by representatives of the Economic Council at the Georgian Prime Minister's Office; the Georgian Ministry of Economy and Sustainable Development; the U.S. Embassy in Georgia; and the USAID Office in Georgia, reports GHN based on the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Participants of the meeting summed up the current situation in terms of Georgia-U.S. economic co-operation; focused on future prospects of enhancing strategic co-operation; and discussed the issue of conducting different contributing measures with a view to developing relations between business representatives of the two countries.
