Russia is preparing to send the fourth "humanitarian" convoy to Ukraine, reports GHN based on Ukrinform.
Deputy Head of the Russian Emergency Situations Ministry Vladimir Stepanov said.
"We are working with the Foreign Ministry in this direction, humanitarian aid is collected, and by the diplomatic line it will be resolved when (it will be delivered - Ed.)," Stepanov said.
He recalled that the third Russian "humanitarian convoy" was delivered to Donetsk September 20. He said that the current "humanitarian aid" weighed more than 2,000 tonnes, there were the necessities, and over 600 different kinds of generators.
Recall, after unloading of the third "humanitarian convoy" in Ukraine, head of the Center for Military and Political Studies Dmytro Tymchuk wrote on his Facebook page that the Russians brought ammunition and "jammers" to terrorists.
