The draft law on a special procedure for the local self-government in some districts of Donetsk and Luhansk regions was returned to the wording, handed over to deputies before the adoption.
A relevant text is posted on the Verkhovna Rada website, BBC informs.
In particular, in the actual text the first Article of the law is in the wording, according to which the borders of districts with a special self-government are determined by the Verkhovna Rada. This same wording was published before the adoption on September 16 and handed over to deputies before voting.
However, later, the draft law was published in the wording, where the borders of special districts are determined by the SBU antiterrorist center.
Earlier, Verkhovna Rada Chairman Oleksandr Turchynov said that he will sign the text of the law, which is voted by the deputies.
Following approval of the law, the Presidential Administration explained to the BBC Ukraine that this inaccuracy was of a technical character and in the text of the law, approved by heads of factions and groups, there was the norm about the antiterrorist center.
