Georgia is the Vice-Chairman of the current session of the UN General Assembly. The country will maintain this position during one year, reports GHN.
Georgia together with the President of general assembly participates in developing of agenda and issues of assembly, the chief of the mission of Georgia in UN takes position in UN presidency and leads separate meetings.
