On Septemebr 27 at 19:00 in Tbilisi Concert Hall the embassy of Korea and Fund of Korea will host gala concert The Performers "Fly Up".
As GHN was informed from Korea embassy 24 performers and personnel will visit Georgia. Performers with non-verbal narrative style will perform story of "Jonathan Livingston Seagull" through modern hip-hop dancing, the author is of Richard Bach. The concert will be in the form of a gala show featuring Korea's finest hip-hop dancers and Korean traditional music, we are informed from the embassy.
Korean Ambassador to Georgia Choi Suk-inn, who resides in Baku, will come to Tbilisi to host the concert and it will be open to the public free of charge.
"This event is held as a part of Korean Embassy's efforts to further strengthen the cultural exchange between Korea and Georgia. In July, the Georgian traditional performance team Rustavi had been invited to the Republic of Korea and their traditional Georgian performances were held in Seoul and Cheongsong in great success," embassy informs.
Since the establishment of diplomatic relations in 1992, Korea and Georgia have forged strong ties in various fields such as politics, economy, culture and education on the basis of the mutual trust. The Embassy of the Republic of Korea to Georgia is located in Baku, Azerbaijan.
