The Armed Forces of the Russian Federation accumulated enough forces in Ukraine, therefore, they do not send new subdivisions, but hold rotation of the old ones, reports GHN based on Ukrinform.
Press Secretary of the NSDC Information-Analytical Department Andriy Lysenko told a briefing.
"There is enough forces there (in Donbas - Ed.), they (Russian forces - Ed.) already hold rotation. In other words, they do not add, but replace subdivisions which earlier entered Ukraine. We do not note concentration, there is only rotation," Lysenko said.
