Today September 26 the Prime Minister of Georgia Irakli Garibashvili will deliver the speech on 69th session of UN general assembly, reports GHN.
In the frame of the visit in USA on September 22 Irakli Garibashvili delivered the speech on the special session of general assembly - ""Implementation of the Program of Action of the International Conference on Population and Development", he also attended the reception held on behalf of the President of Turkey.
On September 23 Irakli Garibashvili held face to face meeting with the President of Latvia Andris Berzins, the President of Lithuania Dalia Grybauskaitė and the President of Turkey Recep Tayyp Erdogan; he also delivered speech in the climate summit, attended the plenary session of global initiative of Clinton - Cities as Labs of Innovation/Remarks by President Obama "Stand with Civil Society Agenda," and opened the first retrospective of Georgia films in MoMa Museum.
Also the Premier together with his wife attended the reception of the President of USA Barack Obama and Michelle Obama that was held to honor the participant delegations of 69th session and their wives.
In the frame of the visit in USA the Prime Minister delivered speech on annual investment symposium - "Invest in Georgia" organized by the International Economic Alliance (IEA) and on the conference "Open Government Partnership". Also the Prime Minister held several important meetings with leaders of different countries.
