The town, one from world's ghost's towns that is located in Turkey and that was abandoned 100 years ago can turn into touristic center, reports GHN.
The government of Turkey sells the town with the term of 49 years to interest brave tourists.
To turn the city into touristic object it needs 10 million Euros. Two companies are already interested with the project.
The auction will be held on October 23.
